Development Engineer Low Voltage & Components
Focus on product documentation (m/f/d)

Our team is growing! As a development engineer (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the new development, further development, testing, revision and optimization of cable accessories and individual parts for low voltage up to 1 kV. Your main responsibility lies in product documentation.


Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the creation, follow-up and maintenance of technical product documentation at assembly and individual part level
  • Responsibility for the creation of CE conformity in compliance with legal and internal standards
  • Creation of work instructions and/or collaboration in the creation of process and product FMEAs
  • Designing products and their individual parts in 3D CAD
  • Independent and active participation in projects: From the idea generation and concept creation through to series production in the low voltage sector
  • Ensuring compliance with product standards
  • Support in the adaptation of processes and Evaluation of raw material suppliers

Your professional

  • Electrical or mechanical engineer (Diploma, Bachelor or Master)
  • Ideally professional experience of 2 years in a comparable position
  • Experience in working with PTC Creo (currently V9) as well as confidence in working with MS-Office
  • Good language skills in English
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to give feedback
