In this role you are responsible for the development and implementation of the product strategy, taking into account the market segment strategy. Are you the driving force for the design of a competitive and profitable product portfolio.

Your tasks

• Product lifecycle management
• Analysis of existing portfolio gaps and identification of new requirements based on market needs, market trends and technology and technology developments
• Implementation of the growth strategy by identifying new potentials potential
• Interface management between specialist departments, cooperation partners and suppliers

Your professional

• Degree in electrical engineering, power engineering or a comparable background
• At least 7 years of experience as a product manager, ideally in a comparable position in the field of cable accessories
• Mastery of important PM tools
• Strong communication skills on an international level
• Good knowledge of MS Office - SAP user knowledge is an advantage
• Business fluent English - Very good knowledge of German
• Logical and strategic thinking skills - High level of persuasiveness and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to travel internationally (10%)
