Training

Take your first career steps with us and become a key member of our strong team.

What makes starting a traineeship with us worth it? You will be offered a comprehensive overview of all business management processes. This will help you focus on a specialist area that best suits your personal preferences and interests at the end of the training period. We will make sure that you can also finish your thesis in one of the departments of your choice. We will also prepare you for your time after the training. But most importantly, you will be a key and supporting part of our team.

From the very outset, we provide our newcomers with very close support in learning to be independent and to take on responsibility. We assign mentors to our trainees to give them the best possible insight into each individual department and daily routines. In addition, the training projects provide them with important tasks within the company.

During your training period, you will provide support for all company processes from a business management perspective in various commercial departments - from order acceptance and order processing to customer service after order implementation.

The key points of the training will include process, market and customer focus, using information and communication technology systems, financial accounting & controlling and a foreign language for specialist tasks.

We would like to develop your skills and competencies through the diversity we offer and your experience in the relevant commercial departments so that you can continue to support us as an "expert" after successfully completing your training.

Tena P. | Apprenticeship Industrial Clerk

"After working in production at BBC Cellpack for over two years, I decided to start an apprenticeship. At the beginning, I was a bit apprehensive because I have only lived in Germany for five years and I was not sure if I could live up to the expectations. However, my worries were unfounded when I experienced the friendly and helpful atmosphere in every department. Here, the word teamwork is really capitalized!

My colleagues are always willing to help me and expand my knowledge. This has shown me that I can rely on everyone here and that we do valuable work together.
I particularly enjoy the trainee excursions and the regular trainee meetings. On these occasions, we can contribute our opinions and ideas, which are respected by everyone. This is not only fun, but also shows that BBC Cellpack is really interested in our development. So you can look forward to more than just technical training here, you become part of a great team."

Sabrina P. | Apprenticeship Industrial Clerk

"After graduating from high school in 2021, I initially planned to complete my Abitur at a business school. At the same time, however, I also applied to various companies for an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk. I had already determined through an internship that this profession appealed to me very much. When I had my job interview at BBC Cellpack, I was so enthusiastic about the training there that I decided to go for it. Especially during my time at BBC Cellpack so far, I have liked the variety of tasks that you are given independently as an apprentice. The training is incredibly varied and the additional trust placed in you trust from the very beginning, you are perfectly prepared for the for your future professional life.

I am grateful to be a part of the BBC Cellpack team."
