Find out more about our wide range of training opportunities and your possibilities here. We will accompany you along your way and pave the way to your future. We will turn you into a professional.
Take your first career steps with us and become a key member of our strong team.
What makes starting a traineeship with us worth it? You will be offered a comprehensive overview of all business management processes. This will help you focus on a specialist area that best suits your personal preferences and interests at the end of the training period. We will make sure that you can also finish your thesis in one of the departments of your choice. We will also prepare you for your time after the training. But most importantly, you will be a key and supporting part of our team.
From the very outset, we provide our newcomers with very close support in learning to be independent and to take on responsibility. We assign mentors to our trainees to give them the best possible insight into each individual department and daily routines. In addition, the training projects provide them with important tasks within the company.
During your training period, you will provide support for all company processes from a business management perspective in various commercial departments - from order acceptance and order processing to customer service after order implementation.
The key points of the training will include process, market and customer focus, using information and communication technology systems, financial accounting & controlling and a foreign language for specialist tasks.
We would like to develop your skills and competencies through the diversity we offer and your experience in the relevant commercial departments so that you can continue to support us as an "expert" after successfully completing your training.

Stefan H. | Traineeship: Industrial business management | HR:
"In 2019, I started my apprenticeship with a shortened training period to 2.5 years at BBC Cellpack and have not regretted a single day. During the apprenticeship, I was allowed to work in various departments and take on responsibility early on by managing the office materials warehouse.
After successfully completing my final examination in July 2021, I was taken on in my desired department. The desire not to change employers was very attractive to me, as they provide me with great opportunities for further training even after the apprenticeship period!"
Jasmin F. | Traineeship: Industrial business management | Finance & Controlling:
"During a previous internship at BBC Cellpack, I was already welcomed very openly and was able to gain initial impressions of the processes in the individual departments, which encouraged me to apply for an apprenticeship. The good relationship and teamwork among the trainees, as well as the varied tasks while going through the different departments, confirmed me in my decision.
I am pleased that I have been taken on after graduating in July 2021. I was already able to gain a deeper insight in this department for several months during my three-year training period.
Very good social benefits, open communication and promising opportunities for further development make me optimistic about the future."
Felix H. | Apprenticeship Industrial Clerk
"Before I made the decision in which company I should start an apprenticeship, I completed several. Since I liked the internship at BBC Cellpack best and all factors had a positive influence on my decision, I ended up at BBC Cellpack in September 2020. The extensive insights into the activities and tasks as an industrial clerk are extremely exciting. Working independently, super teamwork and the cohesion of the other trainees round off my training into a complete package. Our team spirit is strengthened again and again through trainee excursions and joint projects.
I hope to gain a lot of experience and knowledge through BBC Cellpack and successfully complete my training in July 2023."
