IT Service Desk Agent (m/f/d)
Our IT team will continue to grow with you! As an IT Service Desk Agent, you will work with a cutting-edge IT system and be responsible for receiving, coordinating and resolving incidents and service requests in 1st level support. You will monitor the ticketing process from receipt to completion and will be supported by 2nd level support.
Your tasks
- Collaboration in the central service desk (1st level), which supports approx. 350 employees at all locations internationally
- Responsibility for application management for certain business applications
- Writing articles, instructions and checklists in the knowledge database
- Supporting users in dealing with Windows, MS Teams, Microsoft365 and the responsible business applications responsible business applications
Your profile
- You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), IT systems management specialist (m/f/d) or have an equivalent qualification
- First professional experience in IT support
- In-depth knowledge of MS Teams and Microsoft365
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Team player and good communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 5-10%)
- Written and spoken German and English
